I did it. I got off of my lazy butt and did the "30 day shred with Jillian Michaels". It kicked my butt. I am so out of shape it is sad.
That one's gonna hurt!
Today I started the day off bad... on my way out the door, going to work, I had a brownie. I made them last night for the boys... they wanted a "cookie". I think deep down they were for me too.
I had half of a chocolate donut when I got to work. Damn place always has treats around.
Lunch: I had a chicken sandwich, some fries, and a Mr. Pibb from "The Point".
Snack: Butter rum life savers... YUMMY!
Dinner: Didn't feel like anything so I busted out a little TV dinner and cooked some broccli on the side.
Snack: a little bit more brownie- dangit!!!
Tomorrow is a new day!
