THE BEGINNING! My contract.

Today I felt good enough to finally get serious about working out, eating better and losing weight!
My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds.
I am going to watch what I eat... by eating healthier, and EXERCISING!
I have to exercise at least 20 minutes a day.
I have to eat healthier, and cut back (but not totally out or I will DIE) on the "treats"! (i.e., candy, bread, soda, etc. etc.)
I will keep a daily log of my food intake and exercise- good and bad!
I will have a positive attitude.
